Field Staff is our community of authentic outdoor women who live the lifestyle and represent Wilderness Dreams in their world. You wear our gear in the stand, on the water, at the range, around the fire — and your community sees real product on a real person who knows what they're doing. In return, you get free product, exclusive access, and a brand that has your back.
This isn't paid sponsorship. It's a partnership. We give you the gear and the platform. You give us authenticity we can't fake from an office in Miami.

Tier 1 · Entry
Field Staff

What We Expect
- Minimum 2 posts per month featuring Wilderness Dreams gear, tagged @wildernessdreams with #WDFieldStaff
- Authentic content in the field — stand, blind, water, range, ranch, trail. Real settings, real use.
- Use rights: we may repost or use your content in our marketing materials (with credit) in perpetuity.
- No promo of competing women's outdoor apparel brands while active (full list provided in welcome packet).
- Ethical hunting and conservation values. We support fair chase, regulations, and respect for the land.
- No political content tied to the brand. Keep it about the lifestyle.
- Trimester reviews. If posting drops off, we'll have a conversation. No drama, just clarity.

FAQ
How many followers do I need?
No hard minimum. We'd rather have a 3,000-follower huntress with real engagement than a 50,000-follower account with bot comments. We look at content quality, audience trust, and authenticity first.
When does the program run?
Year-round. We onboard in waves tied to seasons (spring turkey, summer, fall deer/waterfowl, winter). Apply anytime — if you're a fit, we'll bring you in at the next wave.
Do I have to be an experienced hunter?
Not necessarily — but you do need to actually be in the field. Anglers, riders, ranchers, trail runners, and outdoor lifestyle women are all welcome. We just need authentic outdoor use, not studio shots.
How do I get paid?
Affiliate commissions are paid through Shopify Collabs, our partner platform. Free product ships from our Miami warehouse. Stipends and retainers (Senior + Pro tiers) are paid monthly.
How long until I hear back?
2–3 weeks. We review every application personally. If you're not a fit right now, we'll tell you why and you're welcome to reapply later.
Do I have to be U.S.-based?
Yes. Wilderness Dreams ships only within the United States, so our community is U.S.-based for now.
