Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are refunded as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel (including lingerie and swimwear) can only be returned if unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene liners intact. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have for store credit, then place a new order for the item you'd like.

Store credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it was approved. If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within 10 business days and can be applied to any future order.
