Orders must be placed through WildernessDreams.com. If you are having trouble placing an order through the site, please
contact us.
Order Questions / Changes
We will begin processing your order as soon as it is placed so we can get it on its way to you. With that in mind, we may not be able to change an order after it is placed. If you have questions about your order or need to make a change, please
contact us immediately and be ready to provide your name, address, and order number.
Sales Tax
Sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your order if it is shipped from the same state or province as your shipping address. Some areas require that sales tax also be assessed on shipping and handling charges.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from Miami, FL. Expedited services are not available for PO Boxes.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO
We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout. APO/FPO delivery time can be up to 4–6 weeks.
Canada and other International Locations
Wilderness Dreams ships to most countries via USPS, UPS, or DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Taxes and duties may be charged by your country when your order arrives; those additional charges are your responsibility.
